Terms & Conditions
Discounts available for long term bookings. Please use the contact us page for further information.
If payment is made by credit card or PayPal, please add 3.5% to the total rental fee.
Please ask for confirmation of charges and seasons.
Charges include all electric, water, linen and cleaning.
We will provisionally book the apartment for 3 days, without deposit being taken, to allow you to book your flights. After this period a non-refundable deposit of £75.00 is required. The balance being due 6 weeks prior to your departure from the UK.
The apartment must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure, to allow time for the cleaners to prepare for new arrivals. (Unless otherwise arranged in advance)
Strict rules apply on the complex regarding noisy behaviour in and out of the apartment, in order to protect the enjoyment of the residents and other holiday makers.
Any person or persons causing annoyance to others will be asked by the powers of the complex to leave. This will be enforced by the local police.
We supply sheets and pillowcases, but you will need to take your own towels and tea towels.
Stictly no smoking in the apartment
By taking up a rental agreement on our apartment you agree to replacing breakages and any damages caused.
Loss of any keys or security swipes must be paid for.
Change over days are usually Fridays, hence all bookings run Friday to Friday.
