About Marina Primavera
Fifteen minutes drive from Sofia Reina South Tenerife Airport, the complex in which the apartment is situated is mainly residential, with a number of people choosing to live in their apartments for most of the year creating a pleasant atmosphere and community spirit. It has a private swimming pool with separate baby pool and bar area serving drinks and light snacks, in which guests are made very welcome. A free secure car parking area is also available to guests who wish to hire cars during their stay.
No 84 Marina Primavera
The apartment sleeps a maximum of two people and is the last on the upper level of a twin level block with outstanding views of the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby Island of La Gomera. It is accessed through a security gate, only accessible to owners and guests via a security swipe key provided.
The Lounge
The lounge contains two settees, Sky TV, DVD player with large selection of films, stereo music centre / cd player, and all other amenities you would expect in an apartment of this high standard.
The First Sun Terrace
Walking from the lounge, through the patio doors on to the first sun terrace, you are met with un interrupted views of Palm Trees and looking across the North Atlantic Ocean the Isla De La Gomera can be seen clearly. As the terrace faces south south west the sun is present on the terrace all day long. A Dining table and chairs are provided along with sun loungers for relaxing.
The Dining Area / Kitchen
A second dining table and chairs are provided next to the modern fully equipped kitchen, containing a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer along with all other essentials to make your holiday an enjoyable trouble free experience.
The Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom contains a shower, with disabled facilities if required, sink and wc, once again all to an extremely high standard.
The Bedroom
The wrought iron four poster double bed is the outstanding feature of this room with matching bedside tables, dressing table and chair, ample wardrobe space and a further television. A safe is provided for your use during your stay.
The Second Sun Terrace
Walking from the bedroom through the patio doors you find yourself on the second sun terrace which has all the benefits of the first, again with ample room to soak up the all day sunshine.
The Roof Sun Terrace
Leading from the second sun terrace is a white architectural spiral staircase, which takes you up onto the roof of the apartment where you are met with un-interrupted views over the resort and out towards the Atlantic Ocean. Tastefully appointed, with sun loungers and reclining chairs, it is the perfect way to soak up the sun, or perhaps in the evening, simply switch on the low level lighting and enjoy a glass or two of wine whilst you watch the sun set over the Isla De La Gomera.
The Local Area
The local area has all amenities including restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets all of which are only minutes away from the apartment.
The beach of Puerto Colon is a five minute walk, passing shopping centres bars and restaurants along the way.
The local water parks Aqualand and Siam Park are only five minutes away.
There a numerous golf courses around the resort of Playa De Las Americas and surrounding district.
